A minimum of three years of supervisory and program development experience is required. Responsibilities include: assuming the duties and responsibilities necessary for the coordination of effective services to the consumers of the Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA), Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR), and Geriatric Service programs; provision of professional education and training for consumers, families, and professional staff within the service system; and provision of specialized clinical consultation and direct service to older adults with more complex treatment needs for the Gero-Psychiatric Program of Heartland Human Services.
