As an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM), you be responsible for monitoring daily clinical operations of outpatient clinics. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Providing professional nursing care.
• Overseeing RNs, LPNs, MAs and other patient care providers to ensure quality of care.
• Anticipating and resolving patient care and personnel issues.
• Participating in hiring and onboarding of personnel, annual performance reviews and performance improvement.
The ideal caregiver is someone who:
• Has at least two years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, conflict resolution and critical thinking skills.
• Can focus on patient safety, teamwork, patient outcomes, patient experience and quality improvement.
