About the Role:
The Child Outpatient Clinician is responsible for providing clinical services to meet the customer service, quality and overall goals of Rutland Mental Health Services. Meet the program's uniquely-defined internal/external compliance standards and performance measures. Develop and maintain close working relationships with internal/external professional staff to provide quality coordinated services. Provide direct service to clients and families. Services shall include, but are not limited to clinical assessment, treatment planning, service planning and coordination, community supports and individual, family and group psychotherapy sessions. Provide appropriate professional development leadership and training to clinical and other agency staff as defined by Child and Family Outpatient Program Manager.
