Outbound Contact Center Manager manages outbound call center operations and agents that sell products or services to new and existing customers. Develops standards and monitors metrics and targets for call volume, sales, and timeliness. Being an Outbound Contact Center Manager implements sales and product training to ensure staff is updated on product and service offerings and upsell techniques. Sets and communicates operational policies and procedures. Additionally, Outbound Contact Center Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Outbound Contact Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Outbound Contact Center Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     The RN in the Contact Center provides nursing care primarily through telephone triage and consultation.  She/he follows established nursing standards and protocols. The nurse supports the Contact Center and clinical department operations by handling emergency symptom calls in real-time and providing phone consultation for non-emergency symptom-based calls.  She/he delivers care that is sensitive to the unique needs of the ages and conditions of the caller, and identifies and attempts to solve problems during the triage process and follow-up. She/he is responsible for the delivery and documentation of quality patient care in accordance with departmental policies and procedures, and in collaboration with other multidisciplinary staff.

     Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    Education
    • Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
    • Licensure in Massachusetts as an RN.
    • BLS certification Bilingual skills preferred.
    Experience
    • 1-year relevant nursing experience in a community health and/or ambulatory care setting preferred.
    Skills/Abilities
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
    • Familiarity with the use of a personal computer in a Windows environment is preferred.
