The Outbound Contact Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Outbound Contact Center Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Position Highlights

    Support center leadership in the fair and consistent administration of Genesis Human Resources policies and procedures, pay practices and collective bargaining agreements, if applicable.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and/or SPHR/PHR preferred. 3 years previous work experience in Human Resources with proven track record preferred. Prior experience in healthcare or long-term care setting preferred. Must possess experience using systems and technology to support work activities. Ability to work flexible hours in order to meet with employees who work 24/7 is required.
