Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Orthodontist to join our team. As an Orthodontist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental and facial irregularities. Your expertise in orthodontic procedures will help our patients achieve healthy and beautiful smiles.
Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive orthodontic examinations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Install, adjust, and remove orthodontic appliances such as braces, retainers, and aligners
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices during orthodontic treatment
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to coordinate patient care
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in orthodontic techniques and technologies
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical documentation systems (Dentrix, Dexis)
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of dental anatomy and oral health
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to orthodontics
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Strong manual dexterity for performing delicate orthodontic procedures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages

Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program
- Valid state dental license to practice as an Orthodontist
