Being an Organizational Psychologist utilizes various methods including employee surveys, focus groups, skill assessments, performance appraisals, and other feedback mechanisms to assist management in identifying issues and driving improvements. Scope of Services:
The Organizational Design Lead will spearhead an organizational design initiative, serving as a central figure in driving its success. The Lead will work closely with clients to assess their current organizational structures, processes, and culture, and develop a future state organizational structure / cost to support future business strategy / plans. They will conduct in-depth organizational assessments, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement. The Lead will collaborate closely with client stakeholders, particularly senior leadership, to understand their vision, mission, and business objectives, and develop the future state organizational structure (Departments / Roles) to meet their needs. Additionally, they will facilitate workshops, conduct assessments, and develop detailed organizational models to drive successful implementation and adoption of change initiatives.
