Organizational Development Specialist jobs in Augusta, GA

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new business initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify growth opportunities
- Transportation / sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Strong understanding of the transportation industry and market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
