Summary:
The Organizational Development Program Manager is both strategic and hands-on and will be an integral part of the N3B HR organization. This position reports to the HR Director and provides deployed organizational and leadership development across the N3B organization in coordination with the Mission Excellence organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the appropriate systems and processes are in place in the human resources organization to promote employee performance, productivity, alignment, and engagement. For example, leveraging performance management processes to build stronger relationships between supervisors and employees while driving performance improvement across all team members; providing leadership training to our supervisors; and creating feedback loops through employee surveys, action planning, roundtables, and town hall meetings to promote open and transparent communications connecting leadership to the heart of the workforce. These collective efforts, among others, are designed to create an exceptional employee experience and positive work environment where all employees feel valued and committed to achieving key project goals.

Level 5:
