Organizational Development Manager manages all aspects of organizational development. Oversees the development of training programs, facilitation of change management initiatives, and review of current development programs to ensure linkage to company goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develops and leads the implementation of LSS-wide organizational development programs
2. Consults and partners with leadership to effectively analyze and prioritize organizational development program needs
3. May provide support and offer recommendations with DEI initiatives
4. Manages other OD staff as assigned
5. Serves as the administrator for the Employee Engagement Tool, monitoring results and recommending enhancements to improve communication of results and overall employee engagement participation
6. Conducts external research to benchmark, evaluate best practice standards, and determine organizational development solutions that support evolution of the organization culture and improving team and individual effectiveness
7. Partners with the Human Resources team to develop and implement programs to impact employee engagement and retention
8. Evaluates the effectiveness and assesses the impact of organizational development programs and solutions through data analysis
9. Designs and delivers performance improvement solutions including workshops, skills-transfer activities, and instructional material
10. Facilitates development workshops targeted to audiences from managers through executives, utilizing a variety of delivery methods
11. Consults with business leaders on unique performance and development needs and designs appropriate solutions
12. Leads high-potential leadership tracks at manager and above levels and provides one-on-one coaching to participants
13. Assists in driving organization-wide talent development processes such as Performance Management and Succession Planning
14. Drives utilization of programs through creative marketing and communication
