Organizational Development Manager manages all aspects of organizational development. Oversees the development of training programs, facilitation of change management initiatives, and review of current development programs to ensure linkage to company goals. Being an Organizational Development Manager develops programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture. Facilitates the development and implementation of employee performance measurements to gauge the success of programs and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Organizational Development Manager assesses leadership development, team development, and organizational communication programs and practices. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Organizational Development Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Organizational Development Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Corteva Agriscience is seeking a Biologicals Organizational Excellence & Development Specialist for North America (NA).

    Role Objective

    • Support to build vision of where we want the culture to go - Implement and educate organization about Corteva culture and cascade into Biologicals Business.
    • Define and implement culture processes in support of and in alignment with the NA regional leadership.
    • NA action plan focus on engagement process & monitoring.
    • Protect the secret sauce (better than each) in NA and leverage it inside Corteva Culture in a way that Biologicals fits into Cortevas purpose, values and guiding principles.

    Job Responsibilities - What you will do to help us grow!

    • In partnership to Corporate HR, implement special hiring sales strategy, role definitions, commercial profile definitions for NA Biologicals Business.
    • Learning process & leadership development for NA (in collaboration with change management & agronomy).
    • Create opportunities to develop people focus on the business and culture sustainability.
    • Support analysis and synthesis of culture findings and help on recommendations on how to bridge cultural gaps in NA to achieve Cortevas aspirations.
    • Support design and Communication : Projects and campaigns to sustain the culture in NA.

    Jobs to be Done

    • Help NA Biologicals organization navigate through change management process and educate leaders and employees around new operating model.
    • Escalate potential issues and retention risks in NA to mitigate business disruption and people engagement.
    • Work in partnership with HRBP of NA to set the tone and identify action plans to be performed (on demand and tailor made), to guarantee the successful integration and engagement of Biologicals Team.

    Qualifications

    Essential knowledge, skills, attributes and experience - What you will bring to the table!

    • Bachelors' degree relational to this area of discipline is required or equivalent experience.
    • Over 5 years hands-on experience with either Stoller, Symborg or Corteva HR leadership with vision of commercial context.
    • Experience with people activities related to talent and development (e.g. : selection, onboarding, learning and development, etc.).
    • Focused on building relationships and mobilizing resources.
    • Robust knowledge about cultural impact, especially for North America.
    • Be curious : Bring outside in perspective (Gartner, SHRM, etc.) to ensure best practices.
    • Versatile, flexible and agile.
    • Teamwork focused.
    • Based in or ability to relocate to USA (Flexible work schedules available).
    • Experience with cultural transformation processes.

    Salary Range

    The salary range for this position is $88,000 - $134,000 yearly. This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base salary for this role.

    This role is also eligible for an annual bonus. Based on factors such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual base pay is determined when an employment offer is made.
