Organizational Development Director directs the design, planning, and implementation of corporate organizational development programs, policies, and procedures. Approves change management initiatives and suggests enhancements to existing programs. Reviews key performance metrics to enable accurate and valid measurement of workforce performance and to identify areas for improvement. Position Summary
The Director of Land Development’s primary role is to facilitate successful construction and development of multiple single-family subdivisions across Arkansas and, ultimately, the timely transfer of lots to the home builder divisions. The role will report to the Senior Director of Land Development. The position will oversee and/or collaborate with a cross-functional team to effectuate design & engineering, quantity & cost estimates, construction administration & management, personnel management, and all other aspects of development necessary to construct and deliver single family lots to the builder on time and on budget. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment where there is a framework in place but also freedom to make decisions that move the business forward.
