Organizational Development Consultant implements all aspects of organizational development. Develops training programs, facilitates change management initiatives, and reviews current development programs to ensure linkage to company goals. Being an Organizational Development Consultant builds human capital through employee development programs. Measures employee performance to gauge the success of programs and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Organizational Development Consultant implements and reports on the effectiveness of leadership development, team development, and organizational communication programs and practices. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Organizational Development Consultant work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Talent Development Consultant Compensation
- The pay for this position is $45.67 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Talent Development Consultant Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (your time zone)
Talent Development Consultant Responsibilities
- Provide proactive support and intervention to promote a positive employee relations culture, while partnering collaboratively with various cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., HR Business Partners, Compliance, Legal, etc.).
- Effectively manage a caseload of workplace inquiries and concerns and be responsible for assisting leaders with coaching, corrective actions and terminations.
- Meet case management metrics, such as closing cases within a certain time frame and following established case management processes.
Talent Development Consultant Requirements
- 5 years’ experience of employee relations (managing, advising, resolving, employee relations cases)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent amount of experience
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
