    We are looking for motivated Independent Contractors/Consulting Professionals to join our Door-Door (D2D) teams in the Bay Area to help us bring awareness to our local communities about the extreme value of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU's). Urbatect Development is design-building a lot of ADU's throughout the state of California. Our goal is to educate families and communities about the relevance of ADU's. ADU's are an amazing investment, which helps families experience greater financial security in order to help wealth-building for generations to come. In addition, the Urbatect team is on a mission to solve California's housing crisis by building one ADU at a time and helping one family at a time.

    This is an amazing opportunity for anyone with great and relevant sales experience including D2D experience. We provide all training and support to ensure our team members are successful. ADU's are the absolute best product to be selling at the door at the moment in the residential sector. Not only are ADU's a valuable product for our communities but they are also in very high demand. ADU's are a high-ticket items so they represent a massive opportunity for those who have amazing sales experience and are great appointment setters and closers. The average ADU Consultant is passing 6 figures annually. Those with more experience and advanced sales skills and knowledge can easily expect multiple 6 figures. The key to success is high activity, consistency, discipline and high urgency towards providing massive value to our communities and families one at a time.

    The ideal candidate is a highly sociable, motivated, organized and analytical problem-solver, who cares about delivering high-quality results to clients. Your duty will be to generate leads at the door and create in-home consultation appointments with clients to help them determine their best options and scope of work for building an ADU on their property. You will work closely with our team to ensure we have the appropriate closes.

    Our ideal applicant is self-motivated, is disciplined, has a passion for delivering incredible service, is motivated to make a difference, and has great skills in sales conversations and closing. They should also possess an analytical aptitude to conduct research through multiple online sources.

    DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

    • Door knocking around strategic communities where it makes sense to build ADU's.
    • Provide value at the door by informing our communities about the relevance of ADU's and all of its benefits.
    • Provide amazing customer service while assisting customers at all times.
    • Schedule appointments at the door with customers for closing.
    • Learn and understand about the needs about the customer in order to provide them the absolute best possible ADU solution.
    • Engage with the Client in a friendly and professional manner and build great relationships with them. Customer service is key for this role.
    • Put together estimates for customers based on the customer's needs and wants.
    • Coordinate internally for any and all support required.
    • Facilitate closing deals. Closing skills and experience will be critical. However, if you are a great appointment setter, no worries, we work together as a team to help you close deals this way too!
    • Keep in touch with customers after projects are completed. Our customer service continues after our contracts are done! Customers may have a professional need and or referrals for us so checking-in after projects are completed are important and during the process as well.
    • Attend kick-off meetings when starting a project.
    • Communicate with all parties effectively, accurately & timely.
    • Represent Urbatect in the most professional manner with all parties involved. Provide excellent customer service to clients with a positive attitude, can-do attitude, and determination to help clients meet and exceed their project goals.
    • Must have initiative and require little to no supervision to complete said tasks once all training has been provided.
    • Must be able to take constructive criticism as our team is always actively looking to improve and grow.
    • Must have reliable transportation and willing to use vehicle if needed (mileage and vehicle reimbursement).
    • Must attend trainings and sales meetings to keep up with latest updates from the team.
    • Misc. duties may come up so the list above may or may not be all-inclusive.
    • Knock doors and contact leads about ADU options for their home.
    • Craft and perfect your pitch to increase your success with customers.
    • Listen and adapt to customer preferences to ensure that they have a positive experience.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1-3 years in Sales Experience.
    • Door to Door experience is desired but not required
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
    • Self-motivated, energetic, and organized, with strong leadership skills.
    • Strong communication and collaborative skills. Bilingual is a huge plus!
    • Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure as well as be deadline and goal driven.
    • Must have a strong desire to continue to learn and grow within the company. There is and will continue to be a lot of opportunities as we continue to grow.
    • Candidate must have great customer service, sales experience and must be able to develop and grow existing and new relationships and have a long-term mentality. Partnerships and excellent customer service is essential to our success.
    • Highly motivated, positive, and proactive problem solver. Candidate should ideally be business-oriented and willing to grow within the company.
    • A Design & Construction background is ideal but not required. We are specifically looking for the qualities vs the experience. We will train you and help you grow!
    • Extremely organized. Organization is huge for this role!
