Immediate Opening for Mobile Phlebotomists
Mobile Phlebotomists have direct contact with caregivers as well as patients and are called upon to create an atmosphere of competency, trust, and confidence. They must be licensed and follow established procedures, performing specimen collection in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner. Phlebotomists ensure collection of samples as directed by completed doctor's orders and timely, safe delivery of specimen(s) to the laboratory for testing; maintain organized and clean paperwork and work environments based on health and safety regulations and guidelines of the company.
Position requires a self-starter with a valid CA state Phlebotomy license (CPT) with minimum 1 – 2 years phlebotomy experience, capable of working independently and with a team; strong communication and interpersonal skills- building position relationships with patients, caregivers, and team members; attention to detail and accuracy of documentation; current CA Driver’s License with a clean driving record; strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines; and local work permit holders, such as permanent resident or citizenship.

Education
- Current CPT 1 minimum requirement
- High School Education
- Bachelor of Sciences degree (BSC) in Nursing or Healthcare (BSC from overseas) preferred
Language
- Korean & English preferred
- Chinese/Vietnamese/Spanish/other foreign language proficiency a plus
Experience
- Mobile Phlebotomist with 1 – 2 years’ experience
- Nursing experience/nursing assistant experience in Korea a plus
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
