Job Summary :

Responsible for reading incoming orders & selecting the correct items (carton(s), pallet(s)) from the warehouse shelves before staging them for delivery.

Must be able to operate forklifts, order pickers, & other machinery. Count out the appropriate number of goods to fulfill an order.

Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Collect order notes to fulfill deliveries
• Picking out ordered items from storage shelves using barcodes, serial numbers, etc
• Operate handling equipment according to industrial safety regulations
• Manage stock control, including item replenishment & storage
• Perform general warehouse duties as necessary

Required Skills & Abilities :

• Within the assigned training period, must meet all qualifications of productivity, quality and attendance criteria
• Fork lift operation experience preferred

Education & Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

• The employee will be required to stand, walk or work in a warehouse environment
• Requires the ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and / or carry items up to 40 pounds
• Work areas may be cold rooms or open warehouse spaces

Monday through Friday, 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm
