Job Title: Stocker & Order pickerÂJob Summary:SGA Lists is a premier hospitality staffing firm, and we are helping our client find order pickers and stockers. We are looking for friendly and outgoing workers.Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload merchandise deliveries, ensuring accuracy and completeness of shipments.
- Stock shelves with products according to company standards and merchandising guidelines.
- Rotate and organize products to minimize waste and ensure the freshness of perishable items.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or low stock to the management team.
- Keep the storage and backroom areas clean and organized.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide excellent customer service when needed.
- Operate relevant equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts, in a safe and efficient manner.
Qualifications:- Previous experience in a stocking or warehouse position is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements:- The ability to stand for extended periods.
