This is a unique opportunity at the forefront of fintech and procurement innovation. Responsibilities:Serve as the central hub, coordinating with various internal stakeholders and ensuring the smooth operation of Order.co’s virtual card solution. Manage key external, third-party relationships with key partners, including sponsor banks, card processors, payment networks, technology partners, and lending/underwriting institutions. Liaise with Compliance to ensure the offering adheres to all relevant regulations and network rules, as well as agreed upon partner terms. Implement measures to mitigate fraud risk and protect customers.Work closely with Product Management to ensure proper support and innovation that will allow for the continued growth of both existing and new programs. QualificationsThis is NOT a remote role. Candidates must be able to work from our office in New York City on a regular basis.2 years experience managing or helping oversee a card program; having assisted in the creation of a card program is a plus.Exceptional communication skills - required for effectively liaising with various partners and internal stakeholders. Desire and ability to solve complex problems - required for addressing challenges and resolving issues that arise throughout the lifecycle of relevant offerings/programs. Demonstrated experience and proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools.
