Order Fulfillment Manager manages the order fulfillment process. Oversees order entry, administration, and shipping processes. Being an Order Fulfillment Manager implements scalable business processes and customer service standards to deliver efficient order processing. Duties / Responsibilities
· Cut fabrics accurately for kits and orders
· Fold fabrics per specifications and assemble kits
· Collate patterns and thread sets
· Securely package items to prepare shipments
· Perform inventory counts, re-stock shelves, manage backstock
· Pick and prepare ecommerce orders
· Contribute to special projects as assigned
· Additional duties as assigned
