Order Fulfillment Director leads and directs the order fulfillment process. Oversees order entry, administration, and shipping processes. Being an Order Fulfillment Director develops scalable business processes and customer service standards to deliver efficient order processing. Implements order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, maintain customer information, and monitor contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal. Additionally, Order Fulfillment Director establishes inventory monitoring procedures to track and trigger actions that will maintain appropriate levels of products. Partners with stakeholders to identify conditions impacting the fulfillment workflow and to develop effective solutions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Order Fulfillment Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Order Fulfillment Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Mahaska is looking for a dependable, hard-working, and reliable Full-time Order Picker. Typical schedule is Monday-Thursday from 2:00pm until finish, and Friday 1:00pm until finish. Starting at $17/hour. This position may also be eligible for pay raises after the introductory training period. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to;
Candidates must Possess the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly. Ability to accurately read load sheets. Possess the ability to work without the distraction of electronic devices.
