Order Fulfillment Director leads and directs the order fulfillment process. Oversees order entry, administration, and shipping processes. Being an Order Fulfillment Director develops scalable business processes and customer service standards to deliver efficient order processing. Implements order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, maintain customer information, and monitor contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal. Additionally, Order Fulfillment Director establishes inventory monitoring procedures to track and trigger actions that will maintain appropriate levels of products. WDC Kitchen & Bath Center is a retailer of luxury appliances, plumbing fixtures, mattresses, outdoor cooking and countertops. We have six locations throughout Southern California and we are looking for an Order Fulfillment Specialist at our Moorpark location.
JOB SUMMARY: The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for providing in-store support for the sales team as well as support for customers regarding open orders that they have with WDC Kitchen & Bath. The Order Fulfillment Specialist should be able to communicate well with the sales team, other members of the Order Fulfillment Department, and other internal departments.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
