We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient processing and timely delivery of hardware orders. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, accurately fulfilling orders, and maintaining a safe and organized working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Organization: Maintain a well-organized hardware inventory, ensuring that shelves are labeled and stocked appropriately. Keep the working area clean and safe for efficient order processing.

Overstock Management: Take ownership of the hardware overstock area, ensuring that stock is rotated effectively to prevent obsolescence. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to optimize stock levels.

Order Examination: Review picking tickets to identify any potential errors in takeoff or order entry. Pay close attention to detail to ensure accurate fulfillment of orders.

Order Fulfillment: Pull and box orders accurately, following established procedures and quality standards. Ensure that all necessary components are included in each order before shipping.

Key Management: Key locks as necessary for order completion and record key numbers for each job by builder. Maintain accurate records of key usage and distribution.

Requirements:

Material Knowledge: While preferred, previous experience with hardware materials is not required. Training will be provided.

Physical Requirements: Must be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and performing repetitive walking, climbing, and bending tasks.

Time Management: Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize responsibilities effectively to meet deadlines and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for accurately processing orders and maintaining inventory records.
