This part-time position is a great way to build your experience in the rapidly evolving hemp/cannabis industry. As the Fulfillment Specialist, you will work with our team to fulfill and ship online orders, and to help to ensure a great customer experience. This position is primarily based out of our Essex Junction shipping facility and does not require face-to-face interaction with customers. See below for more details.

Position Description:

A Fulfillment Specialist reports to our Ecommerce Customer Service Director and will assist our team through the following tasks:

• Printing daily packing slips, identifying any issues, and leaving thoughtful notes for customers.
• Pick correct products for each order and pack orders with the necessary documentation including 3rd party test results for the products.
• Purchase and print postage for orders.
• Deliver orders to the Essex post office.
• Restocking retail inventory such as tinctures, CBD gummies, and pre-rolls.
• If order fulfillment is finished prior to 1:00PM, the fulfillment specialist will work with our Director of Ecommerce to complete organizational tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced hands-on environment. For example, experience in food service or retail.
• Ideal candidates enjoy working with their hands and accomplishing well defined tasks.
• Must be able to maintain positive professional relationships with a diverse group of co-workers.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to learn from feedback & maintain a flexible outlook. The cannabis/CBD industry is constantly evolving.
• General digital literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be over 21 years of age.

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ecommerce fulfillment & office management software such as Woocommerce, Shippo, and Google Suite.
• Passion for Vermont artisan products.
• Experience with Ecommerce order fulfillment.
• Proactively identifying problems and addressing them independently.
• Passion for Cannabis/Hemp/CBD and a desire to learn more about these products.

Schedule:

15-20 hrs/week. 9:00am - 1:00pm. Mon-Fri.

Compensation:

$20/hr Employee discount on CBD products

5 Days PTO. 9 Paid Holidays.
