Order Fulfillment Director leads and directs the order fulfillment process. Oversees order entry, administration, and shipping processes. Being an Order Fulfillment Director develops scalable business processes and customer service standards to deliver efficient order processing. Implements order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, maintain customer information, and monitor contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal. Additionally, Order Fulfillment Director establishes inventory monitoring procedures to track and trigger actions that will maintain appropriate levels of products. Partners with stakeholders to identify conditions impacting the fulfillment workflow and to develop effective solutions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Order Fulfillment Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Order Fulfillment Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. We run an eCommerce business and are searching for order fulfillment associates to join our growing team.
We are currently looking for individuals with full-time availability and are available to work weekends.
We pay daily.
Please note: These positions will be working under a 1099 agreement.
Responsibilities:
- Pack orders
- Manage Inventory
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading trucks
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to OSHA regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately track inventory
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
