What we are looking for:
We are looking for a highly self-motivated Director, Order to Cash (OTC) to oversee the order to cash cycle, including billings, order management, and revenue recognition teams. The role will be instrumental in partnering across the business, scaling processes and systems to support revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong Order to Cash and Revenue Recognition experience, excellent problem solving skills, and proven ability to drive operational excellence and thrive in a multi-task-oriented environment. This person will also play a critical role in managing or supporting various digitization projects, cross-functional strategic initiatives, and new product introduction.
Your Impact:
Drive the month-end and quarter-end Revenue and Billing close processes and support FP&A in building bookings and revenue forecasts
Oversee billing operations and order management to ensure accurate and complete bookings and billing information for accounting and reporting
Collaborate with sales and legal teams to develop effective deal strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and customer needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable pricing, GTM and other strategic initiatives. Enable implementation of operational processes for new go-to-market motions, and ensure business transactions are appropriately accounted for.
Drive new ERP, Revenue engine implementation and other critical OTC projects.
Develop and grow a team that demonstrates performance excellence. Mentor team members to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and teamwork. Ability to provide clear vision to the team on management objectives and team growth.
Maintain effective internal controls in respective processes
Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for general financial operations as needed to support business and any other special projects
What We’re Looking For:

In-depth knowledge and understanding of Software Revenue Recognition guidelines, specifically ASC-606.
A “change agent” - demonstrated capability to lead change and generate process improvements leading to greater effectiveness and efficiency.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external partners
Experience in project management and system design and implementation
Must-Haves:
10 years of relevant work experience, big 4 public accounting firm experience preferred
Proficient understanding of (US GAAP) software revenue recognition including extensive experience in the application of ASC 606 and working knowledge of all other current authoritative literature related to revenue recognition
Strong experience in end-to-end quote to cash / revenue accounting business processes
Proven track record of successfully leading transformational initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
The base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $165,00 - $230,000.
The actual base salary for this role may vary greatly to account for the wide range of skills, experience, and qualifications that candidates may possess at this level. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary expectations during the hiring process.
