Order Fulfillment Director leads and directs the order fulfillment process. Oversees order entry, administration, and shipping processes. Being an Order Fulfillment Director develops scalable business processes and customer service standards to deliver efficient order processing. Implements order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, maintain customer information, and monitor contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal. Additionally, Order Fulfillment Director establishes inventory monitoring procedures to track and trigger actions that will maintain appropriate levels of products. Partners with stakeholders to identify conditions impacting the fulfillment workflow and to develop effective solutions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Order Fulfillment Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Summary: Supervises an order fulfillment team of seven Sales Administrators located throughout the Country.
· Oversees order entry, administration, and shipping processes.
· Implements business processes and customer service standards to deliver efficient order processing.
· Ensure completeness of sales orders and related goods issued
· Reviews all sales fulfillment error reports, works with team of Sales Administrators to correct all errors
· Trains and cross-trains team members.
· Monitors daily activities to ensure that accuracy, customer service, and quality standards are maintained.
· Uses SAP system (Sales Distribution Module) to process orders, maintain customer information, update customer master data and monitor contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal.
· Daily follow up on blocked order driven by customer credit issues, supports team in addressing blocked orders.
· Liaison/work with Logistics Department in monitoring inventories to maintain appropriate levels of products.
· Partners with stakeholders to identify conditions impacting the fulfillment workflow and to develop effective solutions.
· Troubleshoots and resolves workflow or systems issues.
· Contributes to the development of processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
· Supervisory experience
· Fulfillment experience
· SAP experience in SD Module (Sales Distribution).
· Degree preferred
