Additionally, Order Clerk, Sr. may prepare packing lists or other order-related documentation. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Order Clerk, Sr. works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. The Order to Cash (OTC) Value Stream Owner is responsible for oversight of the OTC process within the Magenta Services Center, including driving process improvement and commitment to outcomes and value across the end-to-end OTC value stream. OTC process involves the customer and product setup, order management and fulfillment, billing, collections, cash application and revenue accounting for our consumer and non-consumer device and service. The OTC Value Stream Owner collaborates with other value stream owners and Business Partner Team leaders to ensure the OTC process is integrated with other business processes and systems.
