Job Description

Candidate will work with our warehouse team to process all warehouse orders and inventories.

• Take phone orders and input them into the computer.
• Process incoming and outgoing orders
• Verify data and correct data where necessary.
• Manage invoice data.
• Picking, packing, and scanning finished goods for sales fulfillment and shipment
• Prepare, weigh, and process packages for shipment using UPS, FedEx, and other software, and affix shipping label
• Load/unload products, stock and replenish shelves, put away inventory/finished goods
• Operate pallet jack, and other equipment
• Reject items that do not meet specifications or need additional work
• Maintain daily logs and necessary inspection reports
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety
• Ability to communicate, develop and maintain a close, effective relationship with team members
• Other projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Good computer skills
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
• Data entry experience
• Customer services experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills & great communication
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Highly organized
• Must speak and write fluent English.
• Receiving or sales orders experience.
• Bilingual Skills (Spanish/Vietnamese)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
