The Billing Clerk Position supports the Billing Team and Billing Manager to perform, coordinate and oversee administrative billing and order entry duties. Our success depends on building teams who can challenge each other's assumptions with fresh perspectives. With continuous expansion nationwide, we are looking for a savvy Billing/Data Entry professional who can hit the ground running and help our forward momentum continue!

What you will do:

This position requires an individual that is organized, detail oriented, and able to perform order entry tasks accurately & efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to grow within the company as the company expands with the addition of our new ERP system. • Billing tasks
• Order maintenance, deletions, and some order entry
• Freight claim filing
• Maintain core banks
• Assist in vendor return & warranty process
• Other tasks/projects as needed

What we need from you:

• Associates Degree (preferred)
• 2 to 3 years’ experience with Customer Billing or related tasks in an office environment (preferred)
• Works well with others
• Detail oriented
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
