Job Description

We are a fast-paced eye clinic located on the lake in Ellensburg, WA with a unique partnership of all three eye care specialists. We are currently the largest optical store east of the Cascades and offer an extensive selection of the newest frames and high-end eye wear. Our clinic focuses on bringing the most advanced form of technology to our community, and most importantly to our customers. We are now looking to hire a full-time Apprentice Optician to join our rapidly growing Optical team. Job duties include fitting and dispensing eye wear, ordering and managing a range of optical products, repairing frames/lenses, and assisting patients with frame selection.

Requirements

Candidates must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Our practice offers opportunities that allow a person to grow within the company and to develop their careers in the Optical field. You will be signed up as an Apprentice Licensed Dispensing Optician upon hire.

Compensation

We offer competitive salary and benefits including medical, dental, paid time off, SIMPLE IRA retirement and quarterly bonuses.

Office Hours

Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am until 6:00 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
