Eye Physicians & Surgeons Ltd. is seeking a full or part-time experienced Ophthalmic Technician for our office located in Wexford, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for the experienced technician who is looking for a fast-paced environment. Certified Ophthalmic Assistant or Certified Ophthalmic Technician is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain detailed patient information and perform a variety of diagnostic tests to the eyes to aide in the diagnosis and treatment of eye disease and disorders of vision.
• EMR administration, documentation, and computer skills
• Obtain detailed patient information and perform a variety of diagnostic tests to the eyes to aide in the diagnosis and treatment of eye disease and disorders of vision.
• Knowledge of various equipment used to perform: AR, visual acuity, lensometry, tonometry/tonopen, pupil and muscle assessment, dilate and confrontation fields.
• Additional testing is a plus OCT, HRT, fundus, Keratometry, pachemetry, Ascan, IOL Master, Topography lasers, contact lenses.
• Scribe for physicians
