Operations Unit Manager manages the daily activities of an operations unit. Responsible for planning and directing budgets, goals, and business objectives. Operations Coordinator - Crisis Stabilization Unit

    Major Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR) system with accuracy and timeliness
    • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and other activities as needed
    • Order and maintain inventory of supplies for the unit
    • Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe environment
    • Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate personnel
    • Conduct monthly audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
    • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and objectives
    • Other related duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications and Characteristics:

    • High school diploma required; Associate's degree from two-year college preferred.
    • At least three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience in secretarial and/or general office support work. Preferably, the individual will have at least one (1) year experience in a non-profit human services agency.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency/Expertise in Excel is required.
    • Demonstrated organizational skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, setting priorities and handling routine functions without continuous direction.
    • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite products (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)

    Essential Physical & Mental Functions:

    • Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, copier equipment, facsimile and telephone.
