Job Description
POSITION: Payroll Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
REPORTS TO: SAU #9 Director of Budget and Finance
JOB GOAL:
Work collaboratively with the Financial Assistant to Payroll to effectively manage the payroll and benefits department with efficiency and accuracy and provide appropriate data to members of the SAU and school districts’ staff.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Twelve month year. Salary to be established by the Superintendent and SAU 9 Board.
WORK YEAR: 260 day year/round position
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of SAU#9’s personnel policies using the Managerial Level Employee Evaluation Form. The Director of Budget & Finance and/or administrative designee will be the evaluator.
