We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets. Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the pet care or animal-related industry
- Knowledge of pet care, equine, or animal husbandry is highly desirable
- Familiarity with aseptic technique, laboratory procedures, or veterinary assistance is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
