The role of the Climb and Lift Crew Leader is to directly supervise and coordinate safe removal of trees. The Climb and Lift Crew Leader will operate a manlift and may perform duties such as tree removal strategy and execution, as well as training and supervising the ground crew and ensuring compliance of safety and company policies.
Qualifications/Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent (required)
5 years (or more) experience in tree work (required)
3 years (or more) supervisory experience (preferred)
Arborist License (must obtain within 1 year of hire)
