Operations Team Leader manages and trains a team of operations clerks. Supports the activities of the operations department. Being an Operations Team Leader oversees the daily department production activity and facilitates departmental workflow. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Operations Team Leader typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Operations Team Leader supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Compensation:$25 - $29 Hourly Benefits
Responsibilities:- Preparing and processing legal contracts and documents
- Database management
- Manage documents via Docusign
- Creating and maintaining listings in MLS
- Data entry
- Scheduling appointments, inspections, appraisals, etc.
- Assist Listing Manager and Contract to Close Specialist in any manner deemed necessary
- Client and vendor interaction
- Proficient in MS Office or comparable programs
- Attention to detail and precision
- Strong organizational and planning ability
- Able to manage multiple projects and timelines
- A natural problem solver
- Exceptional grammatical, written, and oral communication
- Professional presentation
- Prior escrow or real estate experience preferred
