Job Description
· Undertake overall responsibility of entire team
· First point of contact for any escalation and requirements of the applicants physically inside the Visa Application Centre.
· Handling and assisting in the Submission Counters, Back End Processes and Applicant Handling on floor. Floor Management as and when required to ensure the queue numbers are properly handled.
· Ensure highest quality of customer service is being provided face to face, on calls with Applicants & partners.
· Direct responsibility for team's profitability and achieving targets (EBIT) set by the Country
· Delegation of work and handling of Centre generic emails with prompt replies within the turnaround time specified.
· Ensuring the Team is mentored & works towards adherence to all the policies and other employee engagement activities.
· Weekly Team Briefings and Quality parameters needs to be monitored and recorded.
· Ensure that the team is aligned & contributes towards the achievement of parameters enlisted in The Team Objective Tracker
· Responsible for implementation of process enhancements to improve the quality & efficiency of the team
· Facilitate & encourage the team to share Innovative Ideas and encourages sharing of Best Practices
· Prepare Daily Reports of the Centre and validate it with the approvals from the country manager before the closing of office and end of the day settlement.
· Ensure that the entire process is completed for the day from the staffs, within the mandated Turn Around Time within the specified period of shifts.
· Work closely with Country Manager for the requirements of any admin related tasks such as Purchase of any requirements, coordination with the suppliers, inside the Visa Application Centre.
Required Experience & Qualifications
· Required 2 years of experience in Visa or Travel Industry.
· Good communication skills in English - intermediate level & Thai
· Minimum Education: Associates Degree or Bachelors
· Hands on experience in updating/creating reports in travel industry
· High level of attention to detail under stringent timelines
