Seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic team player with a "can-do" attitude and sense of urgency to oversee the manufacturing floor. Directly manage equipment manufacturing technicians to create and achieve goals supporting Skyworks' overall company objectives. Lead the team to maximize factory performance in terms of safety, quality, yield, utilization, throughput and output while minimizing costs, meeting budgets and keeping high factory morale and engagement. Work cross-functionally as a team with other groups in the company (EES, Process Engineering, Advance Technology Group, Facilities, Industrial Engineering, Production Control, Quality, etc.) to ensure manufacturing needs are being met while also supporting the needs of the other groups to ensure the overall success of Newbury Park Operations.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD$87,600 -$167,900per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others.
