Wingate Management, a National Property Management Company, is seeking full-time experienced Assistant Property Manager for three (3) Section 8 properties located in Lowell, MA.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Leasing & Marketing

Recertifications

HAP Billing

Special Claims

TRACS

EIV

Invoice Processing

Waitlist Management

Rent Collection

Month Open and Close

The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task, have excellent organizational and communication skills both verbal and written along with strong computer skills.

Previous Property Management experience with Section 8 is required. Knowledge of OneSite and bilingual is a plus!
