    We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient processes. The Operations Manager is responsible for overall management of the local office to assure that the office follows all applicable laws, regulations and company policies. Plans and implements annual budget and sales/marketing plan. Evaluates and manages all office staff employed by the company.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Provide leadership, management, and marketing to ensure the success of the company.
    • Implement the policies and procedures of the company.
    • Organizes and directs the administrative functions of the office, including budgeting, profit and loss management, accounting, data collection, record maintenance and employment practices.
    • Maintains an ongoing liaison with clients, client families, company employees, and outside contractors.
    • Arranges and negotiates services provided through contractual agreements.
    • Employs an adequate number of qualified personnel and ensures an adequate ongoing plan for associate hiring, orientation, evaluation, and discipline.
    • Ensures the accuracy of public information materials and activities.
    • Maintains compliance with applicable laws and regulations and implements corrective action in response to reports or complaints from regulatory agencies, client or client family/representatives.
    • Promotes and represents the company in the community through sales, marketing, and public relation efforts.
    • Participates in company quality improvement activities.

    NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    EDUCATION / SKILLS / ABILITIES / AVAILABILITY

    • The Operations Manager of the company shall be an individual who has management training and experience and at least one (1) year of successful supervisory or administrative experience in healthcare or at least three (3) years of supervisory or administrative experience in another business experience.
    • The Operations Manager, or a qualified alternate shall be always available during the hours of operation of the office for emergencies or situations where managerial decisions are needed.
    • Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
    • Have a valid driver’s license and use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation.

    WORKING ENVIRONMENT

    • Works in office M-F with on call emergency access.

    The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team, implementing strategic plans, and driving business growth.

    Duties:
    - Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals
    - Manage day-to-day operations, including production, logistics, and customer service
    - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
    - Conduct regular meetings with department heads to review performance and address issues
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity
    - Identify opportunities for business development and expansion
    - Implement process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
    - Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
    - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

    Requirements:
    - Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
    - Strong business acumen with a focus on strategic planning and execution
    - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
    - Exceptional project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    - Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
