Makes recommendations to improve the productivity, quality, and efficient delivery of products and services. Being an Operations Section Manager develops and implements polices and procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Operations Section Manager typically reports to a senior manager. The Operations Section Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. What are we looking for?

You have at least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry with responsibility for financial results.
