Job Summary:

The reporting analyst position is responsible for the daily and monthly department reporting for the Customer Relations Team. This position assists with the development/update and review of staff procedure, help develop efficiencies, completes daily and monthly reporting and helps ensure compliance with all regulatory and investor guidelines. Assists in online testing with Servicing Digital. This position participates in department projects when applicable.

Primary Duties:

• Perform research to resolve customer or internal staff issues or questions.
• Process daily and monthly ACD line and departmental reports. Also any additional reports needed for regulatory audits and processes
• Work with manager to ensure procedures have been developed and are updated periodically for the customer service team.
• Assist manager with creating and implementing efficiencies for the customer service team.
• Assist customers, servicing staff, mortgage officers and all branch location staff with mortgage servicing questions.
• Participate in team meetings.
• Perform special projects, additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the Mortgage Servicing Customer Service Manager.
• Know by name and face as many customers and employees as possible, calling them by name as often as possible.
• Know and practice LOCBUTN, our Golden Rules, and Bell Bank Customer Service Standards.
• Know, understand, and live the company values and bottom line.
• Conduct activities consistent with established Bell Bank policies, procedures and systems, the Bell Bank Employee Conduct policies, the Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
• All employees are responsible for information security, including compliance with policies and standards which protect sensitive information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Skills Required:

• Minimum three to five years of experience working in a core processing loan system and customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate others, work independently and demonstrate critical thinking skills and independent judgement.
• Ability to provide professional support and present a positive image of the department and the bank.
