Identifies inefficiencies and analyzes and reports solutions to correct inefficiencies. Being an Operations Research Analysis Manager acts as advisor to operations research team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Operations Research Analysis Manager typically reports to the head of a unit/department. The Operations Research Analysis Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. - Data entry skills. All studies require that you be able to read, write and take direction as well as type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
- Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales and Sales Support helpful but not mandatory
Pay Info:
- Up to 250 hr. per single research study session
- up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
