Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to oversee and manage our company's operations. The Director of Operations will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all operational areas within the organization. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong strategic planning, project management, and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all operational areas of the company, including but not limited to production, daily/weekly/monthly tasks, logistics, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead and mentor a growing team, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the organization
- Identify opportunities for business development and growth, working closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans
- Manage partnership with vendors, and other business partners to ensure favorable terms and conditions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards operational goals and objectives
- Implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards

Experience:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry or organization
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven track record in driving process improvement initiatives

-Strong time blocking/management skills
- Knowledge of business development principles and practices
- Familiarity with excel spreadsheets, google drive, and willingness to learn other computer programs used daily
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $35,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
