    Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Director of Operations to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a solution and results-driven professional with a proven track record of optimizing operational efficiency, implementing process improvements, and ensuring seamless day-to-day business operations. As the Director of Operations, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our operational strategies to support the company's growth and success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.

    Process Optimization: Identify and implement operational efficiencies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

    Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including finance, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and integration of operational processes.

    Budget Management: Oversee budgetary planning and control, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.

    Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure the security and continuity of business operations.

    Vendor Management: Manage relationships with key vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.

    Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, and continuously update processes to meet evolving standards.

    Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and best practices within the operations function.


    - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

    - 5 years of proven experience in a senior operations role, preferably in Logistics.

    - Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

    - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
