Job Title: Operations Office Clerk
A growing trucking company is seeking a highly self-motivated, energetic, and experienced individual to join our company.
Full Job Description: Performs a variety of clerical duties, data entry, process documentation, scanning, archiving, make copies, send out certified mail, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Be attentive to detail on processes, procedures and associated data entry and paperwork etc.
· Be prepared to support both operations and payroll department.
· Work closely with operations team and drivers
· Assist with onboarding drivers by providing training on paperwork and requirements.
· Breakdown of driver’s paperwork for review and process.
· Make copies of driver manifest for payroll department
· Scan and archived documentation with corresponding order number under TMW Software
· Retrieve interchanges from terminal portal as needed.
· File POD, BOL, interchanges, and other documents daily.
· Process late slips, review, and input information into excel spreadsheet.
· Send out certify mail as need it to meet deadlines.
· Assist with phones and various administrative and clerical duties as needed.
Experience:
· Minimum of 1-2 years of data entry
· Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
· Experience in drayage trucking is a plus.
Qualifications:
· Excellent verbal and written skills.
· Proficient in Excel and Word.
· Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment.
· Attention to detail.
· Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
· Ability to work over-time during peak season.
