Being a Operations Clerk performs clerical production activities such as proof, reconciliation, and posting. Prepares basic correspondence, forms and other documents as needed. Additionally, Operations Clerk may help research and resolve basic operational problems. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Operations Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Our premier car wash company is seeking energetic and enthusiastic associates who want to get in on the ground floor of a successful business!
In this role, you will be greeting customers, answering questions about our car wash, helping them decide which wash to choose, telling them about our monthly unlimited wash plans and directing them to the car wash tunnel entrance where they begin their tunnel wash experience. You will also be expected to walk the property to ensure cleanliness, emptying trash cans as needed, as well as monitor the tunnel equipment.
