The Operations Clerk will report directly to the Operations Supervisor and provide various administrative support to the Dispatch department. The Operations Clerk is an hourly, non-exempt position and may require candidate to work after hours, weekends, and holiday when necessary to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities:

• Shuttling drivers and other duties assigned.
• Enter exceptions codes into TMW that are noted on load sheets and/or Delivery Receipts.
• Assist drivers with load changes.
• Print paperwork.
• Scan documents into synergize.
• Assist with dealer inquiries, customer inquiries and answer phones.
• Support Dispatchers, Operations Supervisor and Terminal Manager with duties as assigned.
• Uphold the company’s core values of Teamwork, Integrity, Respect, Excellence and Safety.

Qualifications:

• Highly organized and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge in Excel software preferred.
• Ability to work in a high paced environment.
