Principal Duty
The Systems Integration Manager in large will ensure projects are delivered achieving the committed functionality, performance and availability of the solution. This role works to strengthen customer satisfaction and TGW’s position as a Material Handing Equipment Integrator.
The Systems Integration Manager is involved in a project from the back end of the pre-sales process throughout the realization process until final acceptance of the solution to the client. They design and drive to completion all aspects of a solution related to functionality or performance. This includes providing feedback to the TGW Solutions Design team based on gaps between design assumptions and reality and defining success for the Mechanical, Controls, SW suppliers (internal/external), then checking, and ensuring that those suppliers have delivered.
This is a client-facing role that requires a strong technical understanding of the solution, warehousing operations and the ability to manage the client and their expectations. Forming strong working relationships with the core engineering teams and the client are essential.
A SIM level III applies skills developed with hands-on experience to achieve the principal duty and independently perform the full range of job responsibilities as outlined.
