Keystone is in search of a Programming Manager with 5 years of experience in PLC control and PC based SCADA systems to join our team!
This is a hybrid position with a requirement of two days in an office. Office day locations will include our Clarks Summit, PA office and a designated site in the Williamsport, PA area.
As a Programming Manager, you will oversee programming activities, provide support for technical and programming questions, review programs and enforce programming standards, perform quality control review of work completed by Programmers before submissions and start-ups, test program functionality, and participate in training, skills development, and performance monitoring for employees.
A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technology is required for this position.
We would also look for experience in personnel management and project management.
Travel to client sites will be in the Central and Northeastern PA area, with after-hours client support and overnight travel for projects is possible in this role.
